Hello! My name is Brittany Harford. I got my bachelor's degree in psychology from Kennesaw State University and my master's degree in clinical and counseling psychology from Clayton State University.

I use different methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), mindfulness, and self-compassion practices. I aim to empower you to handle your emotions and build a happy, balanced life.
